The General Office is being manned by one (1) ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER, One (1) Human Resource Officer, One (1) HR Manager-Intern and One (1) Administrator as the Head.
Core duty is to provide administrative support to Management
Our priorities are to provide professional customer service to staff, visitors and clients of the facility, Effective dissemination of information, Prompt response to correspondences, Proper filling of documents, assist in coordination of staff performance appraisal, Assist in the further studies processes, Assist the HR unit in processing new staff for mechanization and old staff for promotion, Compilation of annual leave rosters, Organize Management review meetings, Organize workshop and trainings, Medical Screening, Assist in the preparation of annual reports, Communicate key activities to the provincial office in UK, Receiving and dispatching of letters.
